Aston Martin and Red Bull Racing have paired-up once again to attack the Formula 1 circuit, with the 2017 season set to commence in Melbourne, Australia on 26 March.
The 2017 agreement, inked at the 2016 year-end Abu Dhabi Grand Prix, is a continuation of the original partnership announced in Melbourne, Australia on the eve of the 2016 FIA Formula 1 World Championship—a season in which Aston Martin Red Bull Team partnered for 21 Grands Prix before ultimately securing second place in the constructor’s championship.
When asked about the extension, Aston Martin President and CEO, Dr. Andy Palmer offered this:
